Birol and Mustafa had a vision of what they wanted to achieve and spoke of their plans with so much passion, that having searched for a property on the Bodrum Peninsula for 2 years, I decided to buy into the Opus dream.

I travelled to Turkey in November 2005 with my son, Mark, who had decided to purchase a property on the Bodrum Peninsula. We visited the office of Birol, Opus chairman and the Opus architect, Mustafa. We were immediately impressed with the professionalism of their approach and it was clear that they were keen to develop the site at Gümüþlük to the very highest building and landscaping standard. This has proved to be the case. Mark took delivery of the property on time in accordance with the development plan; indeed, every phase of the development was completed on time, which shows how effective their project management is.

Opus workmanship is the highest standard and Mustafa is clearly an outstanding architect.

I came here on holiday for a month on September 11th with my wife, her sister and husband and have met with Birol, Mustafa, Özlem ( their public relations lady) and Emre ( the site manager) .Their friendliness and helpfulness, and that of all the other site staff, has been overwhelming. We are greeted with a friendly ‘good morning’ every day together with valiant attempts to further express their friendship. The pool cleaner always greets me with ‘ good morning ,monsieur, merci beaucoup’. Apparently he speaks a little bit of English and French!

Imagine my surprise and delight on my birthday when Özlem and Emre appeared at the front door with a cake, complete with candles ( not 72, however!)

Yes OPUS..! VILLA/ T 1

Als regelmatige Turkije bezoekers en omdat wij stilaan aan ons Pensioen beginnen te denken hadden wij het idee een huis of villa Te kijken in Turkije. Wij hebben de ganse kustlijn bezocht, tussen Marmaris en Antalya en uiteindelijk vonden wij de omgeving van Bodrum het beste. Wij hebben vele projecten en villa’s gezien en uiteindelijk kozen wij voor Opus en kochten wij onze villa op plan.

Nadat wij in oktober 2005 het grondstuk bezochten waar het complex zou gebouwd worden. Een rustige omgeving en een fantastisch zeezicht Wij kenden de firma Opus totaal niet, maar zij straalden een vol vertrouwen uit. Nu september 2006 wonen wij reeds in onze villa en het ganse complex ziet er fantastisch uit.

Wat deze firma op minder dan een jaar realiseerde is ongelooflijk en tijdens het bouwproces hadden zij oog voor elk detail, hielden zij rekening met al onze wensen. Wij wensen het ganse team van Opus en de bouwers n.l.
Mr. Birol en Mr. Mustafa te feliciteren met wat zij hebben gerealiseerd.

De slogan van de firma is “Yes Opus buy from Opus”, en wij kunnen enkel bevestigen dat je in deze firma een veel vertrouwen kan hebben en kunnen aanbevelen aan iedereen die van plan is hier een appartement, huis of villa te kopen.

We first saw Opus Village on a grey, wet, muddy day back in April, 2006. Although in complete at that stage we could see the fantastic potential of the development as a whole and we decided on a villa, which at that time, was still a concrete shell. We were assured though that by August 2006 it would be ready for us to stay in.

We were not to be disappointed. On our return this August we were able to live in our beautiful, newly finished villa.

We were very happy with the standard of building work and overall finishing of our villa and the development as a whole.

The landscaping of Opus Village is beautifully finished, as well as individual villa plots, with carefully chosen plants, and beautifully built natural stone walls.

The management team is superb at Opus, we could not ask for a more helpful, friendly group of people. When we had any query or problem they were on hand to help and solve immediately.

A special mention must be given to Özlem, the lovely English speaking Turkish lady, head of Public Relations, and Emre, the not much English speaking head of site management, both of whom have gone out of their way to help and assist in anyway they can.

Finally, a big mention must be given to Birol Inan, chairman of Opus, whose friendliness and hospitality has been outstanding. Opus Village really is one of those beautiful developments that can be lived in all year around.

For years, we have waited for that special location & this now meet those expectations. Gümüþlük is beautiful.People wonderful & friendly.

As with any new development, there are small problems. The important thing is ‘ After Sales Support’. They are superb. We call them the ‘ A TEAM ‘ ... EMRE, MEHMET&THE CREW . We must mention that Özlem has been excellent in tending to all our needs. THANK YOU..
